VISITOR AND GUEST RANGE USE REQUIREMENTS

The Outdoor Sportsman's Club welcomes guests and visitors at all times, but we must emphasize that the Outdoor Sportsman's Club is not a public shooting range. You must be an OSC member before you may use OSC ranges. Anyone is welcome to visit or observe OSC events, but only members may use firearms and/or archery equipment.

This restriction applies to everybody, including relatives and friends of OSC members, as well as to the general public. It is a no-exceptions rule required by OSC liability insurance.

CONDITIONAL DAILY MEMBERSHIP

To accommodate friends and relatives of members and the general public at open events/matches, a Conditional Daily Membership is available.

Any guest of a member may use OSC ranges when accompanied by an OSC member after completing an "OSC Membership Agreement & Release Form" and paying a fee of $3.00. The form and fee grant a conditional daily membership to the guest. The conditional daily membership grants the guest use of OSC ranges when accompanied by an OSC member for the day listed on the form. The guest is required to abide by all rules and regulations of the OSC.

For matches/events open to the public, the entry fee includes the $3.00 conditional daily membership fee. All non-members must complete the "OSC Membership Agreement & Release Form" before participating in the match/event. For the match/event the non-member does not have to be accompanied by an OSC member. However, they must abide by all match rules and OSC rules and regulations.

WAIVER REQUIREMENT FOR NON-SHOOTING VISITORS AND GUESTS

Guests and visitors who do not use firearms or archery equipment but will be on the OSC ranges must also fill out and sign the "OSC Membership Agreement & Release Form" as a waiver of liability. There is no fee or [conditional daily membership] requirement for non-shooting visitors and guests.

TRESPASS NOTICE

We want to be friendly, but we really have no choice about the requirements to use or be on OSC ranges due to the incredibly high cost of liability insurance. Therefore: ANYONE FOUND ON OR USING OSC RANGES WHO HAS NOT COMPLIED WITH OSC RANGE USE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO CHARGES OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS.
