1. Application for membership shall be completed and submitted in person to the Executive Committee at a regular meeting of the Club. The Executive Committee shall review the application and report their findings at the next regular meeting of the Club. At this meeting the attending regular membership shall discuss and vote on the acceptance of the prospective member. The prospective member shall not be present for the discussion and vote.

2. The criteria for membership:

1. Applicant must be a citizen or registered alien of the United States of America.

2. Applicant must be able to legally own firearms in the state of Pennsylvania.

3. Applicant must be in good standing with the Pennsylvania Game Commission. Any new applicant convicted under the Pennsylvania Game Laws must provide details of the conviction for membership consideration.

4. Applicant must have a member of the National Rifle Association of America or provide a completed NRA application and dues along with their OSC application.

5. New applicants must be sponsored by two (2) current regular members of the Outdoor Sportsman's Club with at least one sponsor not being related to the applicant.

6. Applicant shall have an interest in activities consistent with the object of the Outdoor Sportsman's Club: to encourage shooting sports, conservation, and responsible hunting. New applicants will be asked to provide information on their areas of interest.

7. New applicants for membership shall have approval for membership by a majority vote of the club's regular membership present at a regular meeting.

8. Applicant shall not belong to any organization that advocates or condones the overthrow of the government of the United States by force or violence.

9. Applicant must read and sign a copy of the Membership Agreement and Release Form.

A new applicant must complete an application and submit it in person at a regular meeting of the Outdoor Sportsman's Club along with applicable dues, fees, and proof of NRA membership. Regular meetings are scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Applications for membership contain the latest information concerning membership criteria, current dues, and the voucher program.  If you are not already active in OSC programs, ask your membership sponsor to obtain one for you, or come to a club meeting to apply in person.
